two or three kegs of beer for starters.
Is this your math Homework?

Well it is impossible to do, unless you say where you're from...

LOL... statistically, it would be a lot more beer to booze in certain states and the opposite in others.
Rule of thumb is 2 drinks per person... so I would split it among that....if you know that the crowd likes one better (beer more than the rest) go heavy on that particular item
depends on the age of your guests from mid 20's to mid 30's will drink heavier
mid 30's and up will drink more conservatively
this is for an the younger crowd you will need
6 bottles wine 2 whites 3 reds 1 rose
3 kinds of beer: a Lite Beer a Regular popular American like MGD and an import like Corona or Becksyou need 2 beers per person so like 10 cases beers total and for the bar you will need a bottle each of vodka, gin, tequila and mixers. as a host have a couple of signature drinks like makes a pitcher of margarita's and another of bloody mary's also lemons limes kosher salt celery sticks olives have fun
In the interest of your own economy, why don't you order a keg to have on hand and tell everyone that it's BYOB? Figuring out liquor and wine for 120 people is more than you should really have to figure out considering you're already dishing out all that food.
120 people=on average 760 drinks
How can you justify all of the 120 guest are habituated to Drink beer, wine or hard liquor..having a party does not mean all are drinking..
