One inexpensive idea is to get 3 different size plastic plates from the dollar store and 2 plastic cups, make them fun colors that coordinate so all you have to do is layer them, plate, hot glue cup upside down on middle of plate, then smaller plate, glue next size cup, then smallest plate. Whala! Cupcake stand!
Do you mean the serving dish stand?
I would just turn a big bowl upside down, put a plate on it with hot glue, put a pretty cloth or birthday paper over it and place the cupcakes on it. Happy Birthday to your daughter!!
I'm not sure how you make a cupcake stand but why don't you just arrange the cupcakes in a shape of a flower or dog or somthing like that and then deocorate each cupcake so it forms that picture.
