Go to orientaltrading.com or evite.com. They have cool Bon voyage stuff. Get a cake decorated as a boat or maybe a island theme ( see chiff.com ).

make an invitation list... address invitations. Then... Get decorations, order cake have snacks or some kind of food and punch or soft drinks

if you really want to suprise this person leave a ugent message on the phone and tell them to meet you at the particular place. invite all the people she/he like, not the ones she/he dosent. have all this person favorite drinks and food. then when the person get there bring out pictures that make everybody cry. at the end of the night give /him/her a gift, something he/she always wanted.
