Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(How do you prepare your chicken before you cook it?),it will help you,my kids.
Do you choke it?
Answer:
I choke it, stuff it and baste it. In that order;)
I get mine from the store so all the bad stuff is done. BUT NO they do not choke them. You would not want to know that process.
I usually buy mine at the store, so most of the messy work's done already. I usually just have to cut and marinate the pieces.
I dont. I am vegeterian.
Boil it with salt and pepper
give it a good stuffing
yep!
Assuming you are even remotely serious, you should always rinse chicken thoroughly even if bought from the store. In addition, a brief salting of the exterior followed by an additional rinse will aid in killing potential bacteria.
I find that that choking the chicken is the best way to relive stress and workup a good hunger...Oh I have to run, my monkey is misbehaving and I need to go spank him.
Read it it's Last Rites. Get it a priest....
Then I marinate it in white wine. It seems to enjoy white wine.
I'm ill-equipped to 'choke my chicken'.
If you are talking about food preparation, though -
Keep refrigerated at 40degrees or below until ready to prepare. Wash each piece & pat dry.
Remove any bone fragments.
If bone-in, apply a dry spice rub, or dredge in flour.
If boneless, simply rub or marinate (overnight is best)
Cook as per recipe - fry, bake, grill, etc. until meat reaches 180 degrees.
Thoroughly wash all food preparation surfaces and untensils with hot soapy water, rinse well. 1:10 bleach/water solution can be applied to counter tops for added disinfecting.
It came headless and packed hehe!
yea, wring its nasty little neck. That should stop the little clucker.
Usually I would cut up the chicken in my desired pieces then wash it season it with spices and herbs let is saute/stand for about half an hour then cook it.
Yes. Of the two methods, decapitation or choking, I prefer to use the latter.
Only if its still alive! But I don't have a chicken of my own so I use my Mr's. Its a little large, but what is left over can be used later.
grab chicken; put its head on a chopping block; whack its head off; let it run around for awhile 'cause they tend to do that even without a head; turn it upside down and drain out all the blood through the neck; immerse in boiling water to remove all the features; make a big opening on the rear and disembowel; fabricate into pieces if you want individual legs, thighs, breasts, etc; otherwise stuff it with herbs and an onion, slather it with salt, pepper and some olive oil and roast until done
if that's not what this question is referring to, then pop in one of your "special" movies that's hidden in the safe, make sure nobody's home, close the drapes, turn up the volume, and choke until you turn blue
ewwwwwww...i dont like animal abuse...i buy it from the supermarket and then it is on...
