Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(I've got my girl coming to dinner...which menu shall I cook (I'm a fully qualifi),it will help you,my kids.

Menu 1 Seared salmon with dill and lemon mayonnaise to start,
Thai green curry with chicken breast, galingal, lime leaves, garlic, chili and coconut milk, with Sticky Thai fragrant rice and then
hot black cherries steeped in Kirsch, in a light crepe pancake served with ice-cream
OR
Menu 2
Wild mushroom medley with Angel hair pasta,
Roast leg of pork with cider apple gravy, sage lemon and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, carrots and boccoli, then
Meringue nest filled with tropical fresh fruit, (pineapple, mango, guava, nectarines in a passionfruit sauce served with clotted cream

Answer:
MENU 2 is making my mouth water!

Can you give the recipe and method for your roast pork? I never usually attempt roast for 2 because I don't know what joint to buy!

Lucky girl!
Defo menu 2, if you cook menu 1 kissing will defo be off the menu (garlic no no) just in case ;p
menu 2
wow you are a chef!
good luck
If your this so called fully qualified chef, then you don't need our advice.
Id have to say menu 1, the only thing i wouldnt like is the dessert switch it for the other one. Yummy!

Can you come to my house and cook for me?! pretty please with a cherry on the top?!

Shes one lucky lady!
Mmmmm... I wish you were my boyfrien. We could cook together ;-)

I like salmon, so it'll have to be Menu 1, but I have to tell you this has been the most difficult decision I've had to make all week!!

GoodLuck!
:)
Menu 1 sounds lighter and more romantic. Menu 2 sounds great but quite heavy. You don't want your girlfriend to feel too stuffed for anything else later on!!!
Wow, I'd take either. Can you be my boyfriend? haha. Let me be honest, while a big fancy dinner is great, something easier would be just as good. It's the whole thought that counts and personally, I'd rather my boyfriend make me something easy so I could spend extra time with him without him worrying over dinner. But, if you must cook fancy, I'd pick number 1.
menu 1 it sounds really yummy and romantic HAVE A LOVELY EVENING
My preference would be menu 2. I'm getting hungry just reading it! Your girlfriend is very lucky :)
do a spaghette no sauce that is easy to make all you need is
1. pasta
2.onions
3.cellarie
4.meat
5.garlic salt
6.mushrooms
I would say 2 but switching the desserts as I hate meringue but if the lucky lady likes them then go for it..
im allergic to some inboth.
ask what she likes.
id could go fro some bun tom thit noung and then a simple lemon pudding.
go lite if your thinking of amor later.
show off
Also gotta go with menu 2. It sounds awesomely scrumptious!!!

You rock, hope she appreciates you!!!
If you're a chef you should be able to decide.
Menu 2 - it seams like the safer option
Door #1. Sushi for appetizer.
Menu 2 you dont want to smell of garlic incase you get a kiss goodnight!

They both sound lovely I hope she is special. Good Luck :o)
If I had to pick, I'd probably take #1. However, even though you're a chef, I don't like too many ingredients. I once had a dinner with over 25 ingredients, and I couldn't figure out what I was tasting. Simple can be just as gourmet.
Menu 2

Less smelly on the breathe

It must be great having a boyfriend thats a chef! Wow! Sounds so tasty!
definately menu 2 more appetising dont forget the lighting and soft music has to be special too .
can i please be your girl?? any man that even knows what half of those things are...is an amazng man to me!
Menu 1 - it has less calories!
I would opt for menu 3. Cook what she likes. You can be the greatest cook but it she don't eat it you might as well throw the money down the toilet. It would make you feel bad to see her with a plate full of food she won't eat.
Number 2 with number 1 dessert. :)
mnmnmmm both are delicious!!
It's hard to make a choice but... Menu 1
and good luck!!
Much as I adore black cherries steeped in Kirsch, I would choose menu 2. I am very partial to cider, and the meringue is a clincher (although toffee pavlova would be better!) When dining out I always ask for potato wedges instead of the roast potatoes (less fat and more flavour) and apricot stuffing is another favourite.
definitely menu 1 - two sounds so heavy.
I take it you know this girl well enough to know her culinary likes and dislikes.I would personally go with Menu #2. Since it is fall, this is a much more "seasonally" appealing menu. Less likely chance of bad breath after wards too.The only thing I would change is your choice of desert. Your main entree is very, how shall we say it, "natural and fall-like". Your choice of desert on the other hand is very tropical, except for the clotted cream. I would suggest something in the apple or pumpkin family would best flow with your outstanding menu. Bon Appetite!
Can i come too ?
