Why not start your own party? Why go to someone else's? If you think you can do a good party do it and put out bulletins about it at Schools and Post Office. Some on Telephone Poles if that's legal in your area.( some places charge a $28 fine for put
signs on the telephone posts!)

on the 1st month 10 month and 3rd Month.. most are born on the 13th hour. Vampires do exist but I don't know about the t.v type.
