Well, if she's cooking, and you like just about everything, I'd say the best way to go is to have her prepare her specialty - whatever it is she makes that she's best at, or that she does really well.
And if she's just an all-around fabulous cook, then go for a nice steak, baked or broiled potatoes, your favorite veggies and something fancy like kahlua creme brulee for dessert.

well if she said "anything" then i think you should be creative, find your self a tough tough meal to make, and who cares if does not turn out, it will be fun, and worst case you go out and grab a bite.
