I do not know where you are located, but try contacting SMALL local museums, historical societies, and art galleries. Walk in and check out the space, grounds, and parking. Make sure there is LOTS of extra room for the catered bar, buffet, and cake tables. If it looks like it will work, then explain to the owner or manager what you would like to do. Some would gladly like to hold a private party like yours. The fee should be nominal in most cases, perhaps in the form of a donation.
Don't forget some space for chairs and tables (set up cafe style).
If you are looking for a private dining room for your party, then many hotels and restaurants have special facilities for rent for parties, weddings, meetings, etc.
