No, although it sounds good for morale, it becomes obvious what is really going on....not a good idea....give them a monetary or memorable gift to remember the season by, by my goodness, don't have parties that can ruin lives and careers...even a dinner out cannot equate to cash or a nice rememberance....
Definitely! Everyone gets their 5, 10, 15, 20 yr. plaque and employee of the year award! Which by the way was me last year! I love my job and would rather be at work than anywhere else in the whole world!! Super GREAT people!
