How about a white elephant exchange? Everyone brings a gift wrapped with no names. You then draw numbers to see the order to choose a gift. The first person draws and then the second person chooses a new gift or "steals" the first persons. It continues till the last person who has the choice to steal any of the gifts. Really fun with a group. Have a good time.
dress up as santa claus and get some cookies and milk and a huge christmas tree. you could do secret santa instead of giving everyone gifts.

Have a wine tasting, a cookie swap, a geek gift-everyone wraps a geeky thing and then you exchange them in a circle - stop and everyone open at once-person who brought geekiest gift wins. Have everyone bring a picture taken from behind -head and shoulders only-post to a board and have everyone try to guess who's head. What's my line? - Host(ess) applies a famous character from a book/movie/history to a label and puts it on the persons back - they ask people questions about the person and try to guess who they are.
