Finding a venue to celebrate on New Years Eve will be tough and expensive. Try celebrating at your house or a friends house. Turn it into a theme party so it will be fun and memorable. Costume parties are always fun. Make sure to specify if it will be a cocktail party with passed apps or buffet style..or you can try organizing a party in the day time as an activity, but once again it will be costly because of the time of the year.
