You probably won't find somwhere that has all of this. Even at a club the DJ's are contracted. If it were that easy we wouldn't need party planners : ) I would check out some clubs though, they might have a DJ on staff. Also, restaurants that have a party atmosphere might have this. At least one of the two should have a system where you can make a few CD's to loop all night of music you like.
Sometimes some of the fancy hotels offer these kind of pakages. I think you'll have to find your own DJ though...most places don't offer a dj. I've never heard of any.
I would start calling places in your areas that have a big enough space for the party first. Than with the ones in your price range ask if they can include DJ's, food, etc. and for how much more. Most hotels have big enough areas, or just look in the yellow pages. If they don't have all in one packages you can usually find DJs in the yellow pages or online in your area.
