Chili burgers, carne asada, mmmmm
All of the answers above...

Plus Chicken Wings, Tacos, Lasagne...

Don't you know, "Things goes better with Coke??"
pizza lol chocolate cake and icecream
Barbecue--like the shredded pork w/ sauce kind of barbecue (I think they call it pulled pork)--good and messy! Kettle-fried chips. Anything that's recognizably popular with a down-home, night-on-the-ranch kind of feel to it.
chicken wings, bake beans, hotdogs
corndogs
If you have the area to make it possible a good old fashion wiener roast would be fun. Provide wieners, buns, condiments and all the trimming plus chips and all kinds of dips. Oh, and marshmallows for toasting in the fire. Colas are a must for teens. That would be a great party. Just keep all the teens in sight and make sure none do a disappearing act on you if this is held outdoors at night. LOL

If you can not have a wiener roast, hot dogs, beans or a pot of homemade chili or stew would be good with some homemade cornbread. I really think the kids will go more for the hot dogs and all the trimmings, though. And less mess and accidents if this is inside. See if your grandson wants a big cake or maybe just cupcakes.
Mac and cheese.Kids love it.And Coca Cola goes with everything. You can also do some finger sandwiches.
how many questions are you going to ask about this party ask them all at once it annoying
Pinto Beans, or Chile with corn bread. Along with some bar-b-que ribs, all outside on a home made fire if possible.

Sounds like you are a fun grandma!!!
