Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(My daughter and I don' t know what to serve for a dessert for her 13th birthday ),it will help you,my kids.

she doesn't like cake, ice cream, chocolate, sherbet, twinkies, pie. We don't want any kind of pizza either.

Answer:
doughnuts!

Make your own Smoothie Bar. Each girl gets to pick out ingrediets for her smoothie. Have precut fruits available. Also frozen bananas and yoghurt and lots of ice. Let each girl put whipped cream and colored sprinkles on top. Put a candle on top of birthday girls smoothie!

How about fruit kabob's? They look great and you can add marshmellow on the stick too!
how about cookies, jelly-o, pudding .. or make a cake so she can blow candles; she wont eat it but the rest will lol
simply put,, a birthday cake with 13 candles on it.
or try something a little different,,like have fruit all the way around it,,or,,jelly between the layers. or make the cake, in the shape of 13, by making cardboard cut outs, and line with smoothly lined aluminum foil.
lots of good books, on cake decorating out there. For her,, maybe platter of fruit, saying 13.
fresh fruit salad w/ strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew & black grapes. Or
PUMPKIN DIP
3cups powder sugar
1 large can pumpkin
1 8oz bar cream cheese {soft
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
mix all together in food prosscer
serve with graham cracker sticks or ginger sanp cookies
OMG! for my 13th b-day party i had chocolate fondue! everyone loved it and it was so much fun!!
make cookies and decorate them with frosting...or make a big jello cake...lol...you can put 13 candles in it...smores or doughnuts are good too!!! tell your daughter that i said happy birthday =)
Well your daughter seems to be hard to please, but it all depends on the theme of her party. You could do many variations of fruit. If is is tropical, fruit kabobs, Pretty in pink, watermelon, strawberries, and other pink/red fruits put into cupcake liners, pink or red would be cute. Fruit will always go over well as long as you are creative with it!
How about Tiramisu? You could make it or buy it from a nice Italian restaurant.
Fondue party, you can have different kind of chocolates, and cream cheese with strawberries.
Is she allergic to dairy and sugar? It sounds like it if she has an aversion to pastries. Strawberries and kiwi tossed in lime juice and maple syrup are always nice.

You can have fruit with yogurt.

Or mash bananas with maple syrup, and wrap in puff pastry sheets, and bake them. That's easy and pleasant.

And if she doesn't want dessert, that's okay too.
Well how about creme brulee?
your daughters a spoiled brat
i dont like cake or ice cream much either. on my birthday and on christmas we made shrimp and salmon. you can also look for some good recipes on the internet of stuff that your daughter does like and there is always a cheap way to make really good food. here is the food network website. i find alot of good stuff there.
Parfaits:

1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 container heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1 can raspberry pie filling
Graham cracker crumbs

Mix the Eagle Brand Milk with lemon juice and stir to thicken. Whip cream and add vanilla and almond extracts. Whip until peaks form and hold. Fold cream into milk mixture. In parfait glasses place some graham cracker crumbs, custard mixture, and raspberry filling. Repeat until you end with raspberry filling. Top with whipping cream.

Your daughter sounds like she's not into a lot of sweets or traditional foods. While that will help her stay healthier, it will be challenging when entertaining guests that have different tastes. You might consider getting them an ice cream cake and serve your daughter something like the parfait I mentioned above. Since the cake thing is all about blowing out the candles, you can have her blow out the candles on an ice cream cake and then the guests can enjoy it!
How about blondies? Since she doesn't like chocolate and brownies won't do - do the opposite, make blondies (the non-chocolate version of brownies).

Or Lemon bars:

Or both of the above and arrange them by stacking them into a tier (so it looks like a cake). It'll be different. Her guests can choose the kind they like and enjoy.

You can do this also use the traditional Toll House pan cookie recipe, but instead of using chocolate chips (since your daughter doesn't like chocolate) - use the butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips in the recipe instead:

Have fun!
How about a pastry? A canoli? Or some sort of nut dish or cookies? Or fresh fruit?
How about different kinds of fresh fruit inside a decorative boat made of a watermelon. You didn't say she didn't like cookies. How about a tower of cookies made to look like a layer cake. You could put the candles on top. It would be helpful to us trying to give suggestions to know what kinds of foods she does like in order to steer recipies and ideas that way. Sounds like you have a challenge.
Check out the link below.
It has recipes for quite a few tasty cakes and desserts that can be prepared easily from home ..
spaghetti? burgers? shakes?
soul food or some type of cookie or cheesecake
wow that is a tough one then.........all the usual bday fare she doesn't like...........how about yogurt with fruit......in fancy dishes(tall glasses preferred so the colors stand out) ...start with a layer of vanilla yogurt.........top that with fruit(berries work well and the colors make it look very fancy).....add another layer of yogurt...top with more fruit.......continue layering until dish/glass is near full........sprinkle granola over top of yogurt and drizzle caramel topping over top
- trifle with layers of cookie crumbs, real whipped cream and pudding

- large sugar cookies invidually decorated (or you can let the kids decorate their own)

- cookie sandwiches (2 cookies w/frosting in between)

- cannolis

- cream puffs

- fresh fruit

- brownies

- rice krispie treats (or jazz it up by using a different cereal like Frankenberry)
Apple Pie on pretty paper decorator plates or in plastic Fancy Champagne Glasses.
