Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(My son is going to be 15 yrs.old not a boy but not yet a man.. anyone with cake ),it will help you,my kids.

It is on a school / work night i need cake ideas .... i'd love to do it myself. help..

Answer:
I just turned 16.. and Im a Sophomore at PCCHS. On my cake my Mom put football things on the cake, because I play football for my school. So just use whatever your kid is involved with in life. Sports, Video game themed, his favorite thing to do.. anything that reflects back on him I guess would work. Don't be stressed out on it lol, theres many more to come :)
Well, I'm technically what you'd call a grown man - about to be 33. And I fancy a nice ice cream cake. Now, those might be childish, yes, but cake transcends all age groups if it's damn good cake. As for parties - invite over all his friends. Clear away the furniture. Play lots of louds tunes - whatever he likes. Schedule no games. Offer very "adult" snacks. A let everyone huddle together in groups and talk about which girl or guy they'd like hold hands with.

That's all you need for a teen party. They will do the rest. Sorta like an adult party, except without booze.
i think chokle cake sorry if i dont spell every word right im 15 and go to gjhs
get hima X-BOX 360
As far as cakes go: Most guys like chocolate cake with chocolate icing.
Make him his favorite cake and have a family get together.

Allow him to get a group of 2-4 of his friends to go out that following weekend to the movies or an amusement park. He's too old for the birthday party concept that you'd give him at age 10. He'll be old enough to drive next year and be a legal adult 3 years from now.
Ask your son what he'd like. Mine always wanted ice cream cakes. As for activities... what about just having it at a laser tag place?

If there's a skating rink near your house, that's pretty inexpensive and it won't be crowded on a weeknight.
take him and a couplf of his guy friends to the movies and out for dinner or something...
Fruit Scones

Ingredients

50g margarine
100g self-raising flour
handful sultanas
soya milk

Rub the margarine into the flour to make crumbs. Stir in the sultanas and add enough milk to form a soft dough. Roll out the dough thickly and cut out with a pastry cutter. Put these onto a greased baking sheet. Brush the top of the scones with soya milk and bake into the oven until golden brown on top.

Serve with vegan margarine and strawberry jam.
I like Caleb's answer. Sounds like he's got the right idea. Think about what your son is into and put your spin on it with a cake.

My daughter is a 13 year old swimmer. I made her a cake and put a chocolate fudge swimming pool on her cake. Made the sides of the pool with cookie dough (pre-made) and cut it into little blocks, the water was brown fudge (she likes fudge so the color didn't matter) and I used colored icing I bought from the store to make a diving block and blonde haired girl jumping in. It was fun.
a luau is always fun for all ages the cake put some plastic surf boards and palm trees
I suggest u take one of his favorite picture on put it on the cake u can do it at home if u have a scanner and some candy paper or u can take to your local bakery and they will do it for u and decorate with simply boy colors.Or u can order or make some pizza or hot wings make some tuna, rotel wit ground beef, turkey or sausage. also make some virgin daiquiris with fresh fruit or u can make meatballs any kind of finger foods will b great.
