What's wrong with toasters mines rubbish!!, what would you like your toaters to do rather than burn toast. A see through one would be great huh? Or one that butters as well!! Is that just wishful thinking?!

I have had this problem with every toaster except one......buy a kitchenaid ......seriously it costs a little more but is well worth it. Mine does bagels too..they come in 2 or 4 slice and a bunch of cool colors! Perfect toast everytime!

If your toaster is giving you problems, just buy a new one. They are so cheap these days that you can throw it out every time it gets dirty.
I didn't know a toaster could have more than one dial and one lever.
Does it double up as a time-machine?
I set any toaster to half way on the dial and it always works best for me.
I don't have toast nightmares, but I'm scared of hangers, they are always disguising themselves in my clothes and hiding in the closet. I know they are there, but it's really scary.
I thought the toaster thing was funny!! Don't listen to the people saying you're stupid it was FUNNY...
My toaster makes my toast exactly like I want it. So I never have that problem.
Maybe you need a new/better toaster

your thermosat is shot you can keep makling your toast by watching it until its done and buy a new one..they are inexpensive all you need is one that make toast you don't need a cadillac of toasters..
Buy a new toaster, you moron
Turn your toaster settings down to the minimum or lowest settings. Then move them up slowly each time until you get the nice browning that you like.
Unplug the toaster and turn it upside down to shake out the excess and accumulated crumbs. Also there probably is a tray underneath the toaster that you can release to clean it. Clean it all out and see if that helps the problem.
