i use to work at a party supply store and we did that. i worked in the wedding department where people order invitations and party favors for weddings, birthdays , and quinceneras along with other events. you should go to a party supply store and go to the wedding section is with all the big albums of invitations and ask the workers which book you should look in. or just search with the words: invitations, wedding invitations. and it should pop up some big name invitation makers, go on the website and look for napkins , it might show that you can print pictures on them.
party warehouse
Look for a promotional products company in your area. That way you can work closely with them and view the proof easily.
Go to a screen printing shop, they may be able to help you out.
Walmart target or staples
There are plenty of companies. Here is one.
