Have a fashion show with the kids dressed up in their parents clothes from the time.
Have a match the baby picture with the adult picture contest.
You can have the families bring (or take pictures with a digital camera and print them out) and the reunion group hides the pictures in different parts of the school and the families have to find their pictures. Once found, they put their picture on the "Who's here" wall.
The kids can do a word search of the people who went to the school.
Prepare a slide show of pictures taken from their school days. (yearbook should have pictures somewhere)
You can run the standard relays - 3 legged race, race with math book on head, race with tub of water, spin around and run race, balloon pop race, obstacle course, fire drill race, scavenger hunt, etc
Have fun at your reunion!!

Masquerade it! They can talk to each other, but only to ask questions and answer them. Like, "Were you the guy who pulled the fire alarm our sophmore year?"
The answer can be a yes or no, if no, they have to give some kind of answer as to where they were at that point in time. Everybody gets a list of names of who is at the party w/space to keep notes. Give them like an hour to do this then ask if everyone is ready. Give them another 5 min if not.
One at a time each participant goes up stage, state any classmates name and by a clap of hands the crowd will approve who that person is. Then they take their mask off and state their name. You can show an old school picture of them on a screen.
