Baked Ziti. Sausage/peppers/onions/Chicken cutlet parm./Shepherd's Pie/Salad. what do i charge , am cooking and serving. thank you

Answer:
Always triple your cost by 3 at least.
Add up your total cost (every single little thing including gas) then multiply by 3 then divide by 35 then there ya go.
And also..not to get all up in your business. But you don't need that many entrees to feed 35 people (its too much food!). Skip the Shepard's pie ( doesn't match the rest of the food anyway). Two different entrees ( with pasta) with Salad and bread is more than enough. Remember your labor is worth something too!
charge 10$ a guest plus add the cost for supplies
I would charge a flat rate per head. Say 12 - 16 dollars per person depending on the preparation and clean up involved
If you have saved your receipts, take the total cost of all the ingredients and divide it by 35. That will be your cost per plate. I would double or triple that price.
I would go around to Delis that cater and look at their price list.
At all good restaurants that serve family style,it is usually 12 dollars per person. Some go up to 18 each.
