My family and i are planning a College graduation party for my sister. Very Big deal for us all. We're so excited! We are planning an outside party, with the tents, lantern lighting, stage platform, tiki torches spread throughout the lawn. just a cozy romantic airy feeling. I am so worried that i am forgetting something! I would love to hear your suggestions and any helpful websites to where i can rent thses things from. thank you!

Answer:
flip flop party. look in oriental trading magazine or the website. there are lots of cute party accessories / party ware/ straws/ loot bags etc... also a lg. photo mat that surrounds the graduates picture - have guest sign well wishes etc. on the mat . Makes a great keepsake. last but not least - have a video playing that shows the honoree from birth and different stages of life to the present time. (time Capsule)
look in the telephone book in your area for the equipment you need to rent....better to deal with a company that is local so they can deliver and set up for you

what entertainment are you planning, a band?
or recorded music?
security is a good idea to have....and food?
i suggest chili, ribs, chicken, a large fruit bowl
salads and soft drinks or drinks.... have fun and congrats to your sister....
go to shindigz they have great ideas and nice things.
