How about a gift cert. to a get their hair cut and a shave, at a salon that specializes in men's cuts etc. guys won't admit it, but they love to be pampered too, especially by a cute stylist!

A day at the spa (massage) for all the boys (and yourself) would be a really nice gesture.

how about a recliner or a lazy boy or a tv raffle
If you can get the cooperation of the wives/girlfriends make up some gift certificates from them with things like.... a dinner for two in the comfort of their home where every wish will be granted- or-a massage or back rub - a free car wash - get creative. we did this at my last company and the ideas from both males and females was incredible. Everyone loved the personal touch and it was a fantastic hit with everyone. I have since done the same thing with my partner for his birthday, several gift certificates for different things, but all with an expiry date just to make things a litle more intersting if you know what I mean! Any way good luck what ever you do!
