I agree with the previous poster. You can make your own placecards and put a picture of the Empire States building on it. Same with the paper. Just make a letterhead and put a picture of the NY skyline on the top.

It will be kind of hard finding those things! For the place cards I suggest making them yourself by using a program called Print Workshop 2006 or 3M Printscape(TM) Software V2 or American Greetings CreataCard Select 6 or Print Artist Gold 21 !!! These programs would really help with with the paper items!
