Healthy or is it ?

Answers:
Grilled vegetables, with fish or chicken breast. Very healthy!

Other Answers:
roast duck with the mango salsa
The thing I most often end up making is called a Taco Ring... it's probably not the healthiest thing in the world, but it's easy, and my kids LOVE it!
A roast dinner - usually lamb or chicken - served with roast, new and mashed potatoes, three types of veg and gravy. Desert - crumble or pudding with custard or in the summertime, soft fruits with mousse or ice cream. That means there is something for everyone, leftovers can be used up easily and it can be stretched a bit farther if someone turns up to dine unexpectedly.
Alfredo Fettuccine with broccoli and shrimp. While the noodles are cooking, saute pre-cooked frozen shrimp and broccoli florets in butter and seasonings. Drain pasta, throw in shrimp and veggies, open a jar of alfredo sauce and there you go! Quick and yummy! I'm not too sure about healthy, but better than a lot of other things you could eat.
Mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, corn, and fried chicken. About half healthy and half not.
Beef stew and dumplings with mash and roast potatoes.
We make a stir fry dish with a meat in it, any assorted veggies you might have on hand, some teriyaki sauce and spaghetti noodles. Mix it all together in a wok or big fry pan and you are good to go for dinner. If you use chicken or turkey it is very healthy!!!
First I serve a garden salad fallowed with mashed potatoes and a roast. It is really good. And for desert jello with fruits and berries.
a big salad with all kinds of things in it!!!!!!
baked spaghetti...yum yum!
or Taco pie...another yum yum!
Healthy? eh...
Hamburgers every Friday no matter what. I have to also make fried onion and mushrooms. Usually served with cottage cheese or French Fires. Not so healthy but I do at least use wheat buns.
Grilled chicken. At least once a week. With some kind of veg. Healthy.
My "I need something fast and don't want to spend alot of time in the kitchen" meal is Polish Hamburgers:

1 pound ground round
1 medium onion, diced small
1/2 green pepper, diced small
1 egg
1 big handful breadcrumbs
salt, pepper, a little garlic powder

Make patties and fry in a little bit of veg oil. They take about 20 minutes and we top them with A1. Served with mashed potatos and corn.
Anything I can make in 30 min for under $20 for a family of 6. And I don't care if it's healthy!
Steaks or burgers on the grill (electric, no charcoal taste)
Baked potato or steamed corn on the cob
Garden salad or home made coleslaw

Some variation of this twice a week at my house.
chicken nuggets and fries
Turkey maidrites

Semi-healthy
