lip glosses, they sell these individual face masks and foot scrubs at target, and something chocolatey, cause what girl doesn't like chocolate? Sounds like you have a great idea, have fun!
Granted I was a 12/13 y/o girl eons ago when dinosaurs roamed the Earth, but I always liked flavored lip glosses, barettes/hair clips/hair ties, and stickers.
I am not 13, but my cousin is. She loves Bath and Body Works, funny socks, art supplies, and picture frames. You could give them a picture later from the party.
If you were to decorate a small photo album, that you could pick up at a dollar store and purchase 3 disposable camera's, you three could capture different pictures and after the party you can swap copies and each have your own photo album to remember the awesome time they had at your sleepover.
