Answer:
I am not sure on how much you budgeted on decorations but here are some ideas to get your started.
Garden Party:
- Flowers in pots on tables.
- Gardening gloves and/or hand shovels for favors.
- Cut flowers in a watering can as a vase
- Serve small sandwiches (also known as tea sandwiches), fresh lemondaid, ice tea
Red and Black
- Balloons in red/black
Mexican Fiesta
- If you have a party store near you, I would go there and I am sure they would have some pre-made decorations for this theme to make it easy.
- Sombreros as favors
- Pinata
- Serve burittos, tortilla chips, 7 layer bean dip, guacomole sauce, make your own taco bar.
Hope this gives you alittle start.
How about a beer theme. Just get a few kegs your set.
I`ld suggest a garden party with all the barbecue (ofcourse with a mix of japanese and western food)...people of all ages will love it. Try Yahoo search for japanese barbecue..enjoy.
