ok 1st u should plan out evrythin that u want @ ur party.a DJ would be the bEST!! thts tonz of fun i had 1 @ my party and evry1 loved it! welll im not sure if signs r the BEST idea cuz if some1s not invited and they see it and they no u then thats goin to be a problem!! u should also make cute decorations!! you should go to like a material store or something and get blank cards and buy stickers and a bunch of cute stuff!! u can get letter stickers and spell out ur invited to the biggest party of the year!! dress to impress!! well hope that helps!!

Cool. Go to a gag gift store like spencers and get stuff there. Go to the store and buy"catch a phrase" its like a word game where u have to give clues but not give the word away. Also look for party supply stores in your phone book. Also buy something and have a treasure hunt, giving that item away as the treasure. Seriously. I did it. Adults do it, its not just a kid thing. Is this going to be girls or co-ed? Close friends or just lots of people? If its close girl friends you could do a "get ready beauty" party--get decals & jewels & enamels & do pedicures & manicures. I do not know where you live, but 9-West the shoe company does shoe parties. Games--everyone I know loves "treasure hunts"--you could hide stuff in your house or do the neighborhood if its safe & not dark. Make a list of things "you will need in highschool" such as pencils, note paper, locker mirror etc. Set a time limit. Get cheap gifts at the 99 cent store, sale row at Target etc. Have everyone bring their favorite CD to play. Get disposible cameras & give one to everyone in their goody bag to take candids.
