Can anyone give me a menu with recipies for good food that I can set out and let guests eat as they wish. Its an open house pool party so people will be arriving and leaving as they wish. So I need food that will not poison someone if its left out. Ha Ha

Get some chips and dip...veggies and veggie dip...ice cream... bbq some chicken...order a pizza...get a few bottles of soda...and you should go here because they have a few things on Pool Party recipes (well, beach party): http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/et_parties/article/0,1972,FOOD_9870_1985103,00.html or here...: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/et_parties/0,1972,FOOD_9870,00.html

Wings, dry ribs, pizza, veggies and dip, fruit platter. and don't forget to put up patio lanterns!!
a hawaiin theme is always good!! Vegetables and fruit with dip sounds like a good idea but make sure you put dip in some ice.
Avoid meats sitting out in the hot sun.
spinach
garlic
onion
tuna fish :)) just kidding
---------------------
crackers
chips
doritos
chocolate chip cookies
popsicles (set a cooler with ice)
popcorn
beef jerky
You should have..ribs,hamburgers,hot dogs, chicken. Maybe do a BBQ ask every body to bring some thing
chicken salad served in croissants or stuffed tomatoes, veggie plate, fruit bowl...but carve out a watermelon for the bowl. spinach dip in a bread bowl...use two containers chopped frozen spinach, mozarella cheese, parmesan cheese (the real stuff not the powered stuff), 8 oz. cream cheese, 10 oz. cottage cheese, nutmeg, seasoned salt and pepper. I'd also throw in a little onion and garlic. bake for 25 minutes or so at 400 or 450. serve with bread and tortilla chips. also, a cheese board is always good. use a chunk of cheddar, danish bleu, boursin, and dill havarti. serve with a variety of crackers, italian bread and fruit garnish.if i had more time, i'd also give you my bruchetta recipe...so easy and so good. i would serve sorbet for dessert.
