Twenty Minute Lasagna
3/4 pound ground beef
2 packets dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 (1 ounce) package dry mushroom gravy mix
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
4 cups water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
1 (16 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine spaghetti sauce mix, mushroom gravy mix, tomato paste, water and oil. Bring to a boil and stir in ground beef. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer the noodles, sauce and cheese; repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Seafood Lasagna
1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
1 pound cooked salad shrimp
1 pound fresh crab meat
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium size saucepan over medium heat melt butter or margarine, stir in flour and let flour brown slightly. Stir in milk, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add the parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir well.
In a 9x13 baking pan spread a thin layer of white sauce, followed by a layer of cooked lasagna noodles. Place 1/4 of the shrimp, 1/4 of the crabmeat and 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top of the lasagna noodles. Repeat three times, making four layers. Top the final layer with sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
Mexican Lasagna
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 cups water
2 1/2 cups picante sauce
2 cups sour cream
2 (2 ounce) cans sliced black olives
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine beef, beans, oregano, cumin and garlic powder.
Place 4 uncooked noodles in bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread half of beef mixure over noodles. Top with 4 noodles. Spread with remaining mixure, and top with remaining noodles.
In a medium bowl, mix water and picante sauce. Pour evenly over layers. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 1 1/2 hours in the preheated oven, or until noodles are tender.
Blend sour cream and olives in a medium bowl. Spoon over lasagna, and top with Jack and Cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered until cheese melts, about 5 to 10 minutes.

I have a recipe that I like suppose you might like it to.
brown ground beef (about 1 lb) and drain.
in a bowl place ground beef into Italian Dressing for about 30 min and drain. Set aside.
prepare sauce as follows:
in 2 qt sauce pan put 2 cups tomato sauce one cup fresh diced Romano tomatoes one TB minced garlic, 1 ts oregano, 1/2 ts rosemary, 1/2 ts thyme salt and pepper to taste let simmer until tomatoes are fully cooked.
In casserole dish place a good spoonful of sauce to cover bottom, place lasagna noodles in one layer ground beef then more sauce and your choice of cheese (Provolone, mozzarella, Parmesan, cheddar(just a little) and any other cheese you think would taste good.) Place another layer of noodles and repeat above until dish is full.
cover top of lasagna with mozzarella or provolone or both and place in 350F oven bake until golden brown.
My husband says I sometimes over spice so you may want to experiment with spices to get desired taste.

Make noodles. Cook meat with garlic and onions, drain, add sauce, layer noodles, meat sauce, cheese, repeat until done and bake at 350 for 1 hour. One of my boys didn't like cottage cheese either. So I just used extra mozzarella cheese and made the rest of the recipe the same.
