I would love to have a flank steak marinated over night with a big baked potato and a huge salad. Some grilled pork chops would be nice smothered in grilled onions and peppers, and a side of cheddar mashed potatoes. I got to quit I'm about to eat the screen.

i just made italian sausage sandwiches, w/ green peppers and onions. tater salad on the side. Cheese-filled ravioli marinara with parmesan. I just ate it and it was DELICIOUS! I put the leftovers in containers for lunch. Mmmmm...economical.

We're having BBQ pork shoulder, pasta salad, asparagus, fresh melons.

Had a lot of people hanging around so we just kept cooking. Spaghetti with Italian sausage (both hot and mild). garlic bread, Corn on the cob, watermelon. My son puts his spaghetti and sausage in a flour tortilla with cheese then nukes it for a few seconds.

Let's see: hubby cooked white rice with garlic and used the leftover oil from the fried green tomatoes I made the other day to keep it from sticking and give it extra flavor. He also made green and yellow beans with lotsa garlic AND vinegar (I love vinegar and hubby loves to make me happy)! Also had half of an avocado with hot sauce drizzled on top. Oh! It was so good! I'm gonna go get a Goya drink now! EDIT: My hubby said he didn't actually put any vinegar in them, and normally that kind doesn't taste vinegarry...but I'm still alive, so oh well! My husband is away working for the next 2 weeks and I enjoyed Subway for supper tonight. LOL
