My homemade ravioli with some kind of meat, pecan, fresh basil and cheese... other wise, bowties in a cream sauce with sauteed garlic and shrimp. Of course lasagna with sliced hard boiled egg and spinach (Sicilian Style) is hard to beat. Lets not forget there is always Spaghetti-Os and Chef-Boy-Ar-Dee ravs in a can.

lasagna...I had friends visit me from Naples, Italy and they made amazing lasagna...not heavy.nothing like the two ton mess we get here at restaurants...

I can make a mean spaghetti sauce! The trick is fresh onion and garlic along with some red wine when cooking the beef, oregano and basil, cayanne pepper, a pinch of sugar, salt, and fresh-ground pepper, and BAY LEAF!!! Yum, slurp!
