A group of us are getting together tonight to watch our favorite TV shows. Do you have any ideas for food and such? I am trying to decide how much effort and creativity should be put into this. Please send me your ideas...Thanks!
Answers:
You can make things that go along with the theme of what you're watching - do the characters have any particular favorite foods or drinks? (You'd definitely have Cosmopolitans at a Sex in the City V.P.) Or maybe some kind of food that you can use a character's name as a play-on-words. (Like Applewhite Pie or Bree's Brie for a Desperate Housewives party, etc.)
Other Answers:
yeah
fries

Soft non-stick projectile food like popcorn, if the show you're watching involves villians, questionable talent or Simon Cowell in ANY way.
Don't make too much of a fuss, it's casual, not a dinner party. Nibbles and dips, fingerfood, candy.
Have fun! Could you go a little retro and serve TV dinners?!
