cheese cake, any variety as long as it is good..i've been to a few resturants that boast about their cheese cake and it was awfull, but there is a resturant about 20 minutes from my house called Undos, their cheese cake is orgasmic!

1 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
5 TB COOL WHIP
POUR THIS MIXTURE OVER COOLED CRUST LAYER AND LET SET 15 MINUTES.
MIX: 2 PKGS. INSTANT PISTACHIO PUDDING AND 3 CUPS MILK. ADD PUDDING MIXTURE OVER CRUST/CHEESE LAYER AND CHILL 15 MINUTES. TOP OFF WITH REMAINING CONTAINER OF COOL WHIP.
YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE THE PUDDING FLAVORS IF YOU WANT---IT'S SO GOOD.
