Something wet-Beverages
Something dry-chips
Something sweet-cookies
Something Salty-nuts, pretzels, etc.
Something from the freezer-ice cream, pound cake,
already prepared desserts
gummy bears, pretzels, soda and beer
Usually nothing.

Depends on what's in your pantry/cupboard. Cheese and crackers and a bottle of wine are always good. Then again, depending on the age group, Beer and pretzels work well too :)
sandwiches and soda or juice
beer and wine, if they are hungry I have stuff in the freezer
NACHOS . I keep refried beans, canned nacho soup, on hand, just cut up some lettuce , gr onion, cilantro, and add sour cream & salsa for toppings and it's always a hit. If you have some advance notice that friends are stopping by. Fry up a little hambuger with taco seasoning and YOU ARE READY
prezels
potato chips dip
potato skins
deviled eggs
shrimp
deli meat and cheeses
pepporoni and chackers like ritz
Let's just say that they don't leave hungry.
