Defanitly appitizers a large fruit display, a cheese display, wine, maybe a carved meat station. or a pasta stir- fry station, or food grilled to order from a nice grill area... i am assuming that it is an outdoor event though ! if indoors, the same thing cam apply. use creative little stations to keep the crouwd in different places at one time , instead of all bunched up at one serving line for a standard buffet line ! the stations will create a buzz among the crowd and it will be something that they will remember for a long time !!
