You could have potato chips, salsa, corndogs, juice, etc. A first birthday party is a pretty young age, so the children could play on the playground but you'd probabally need supervision, or a teenager, or an older child. Soft drinks always go well with hamburgers and hotdogs too. Arts and crafts are some activities avaliable.
MAYBE YOU SHOULD BRING BALOONS AND A COUPLE OF LIFE JACKETS AND DO SOMETHING SIMPLE.
