I would just barbeque some hot dogs and hamburgers.Maybe have some chips.And of course you have to have cake and ice cream!Make sure you check with other kids parents' to find out if they have some kind of food allergies.That happened to me before,luckily the child knew what to eat,and what not to eat. Pigs in a blanket, pb&j sandwiches cut into fun shapes using a cookie cutter. There are several sites where you can find kid friendly recipes that are inexpensive and healthy.
