Any chefs, trainee cooks like Commis Cooks, Soux Chefs, Head & Executive Chefs.. although they get higher ranks more with experience.
People working in confectionary line; Pastry Chef, Chocolatier, Sugar Artist...but they tend to need more creativity then the others.
Wait-staff in fine-dining restaurant or one that has table-side cooking... They need a basic culinary skills for some of the dishes like table-side service for fruits or crepe suzette, plus they have to know how to work the tempramental stove as well as not burn the house down while flambe-ing the dish.
