Of course turkey and most Southerners are deep frying their turkeys now. Dressing is next, and it has to be cornbread dressing, sweet potato casserole, this is one of our favorites. Chicken and dumplings is another southern favorite. Cranberry sauce to go with the dressing. For dessert, everyone's favorite, banana pudding, sweet potato pies, pecan pies and of course pumpkin pie.

Sweet potato cassarole - boiled, mashed sweet potatoes mixed w/ butter and brown sugar and topped w/ baby marshmallows, brolied until golden and puffy

Giblet and broth based gravies
Homemade yeast rolls
Butter beans, peas, honeyed carrots
Pecan, pumpkin, sweet potato and chocolate pies
White chocolate cheesecake
Lots of tea
