Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

It seems as if brit dishes almost vanished in the past 20years, with everyone eating european foods. Are there any that don't get cooked enough, i'm thinking tjings like lancashire hotpot etc.. (blackberry and apple crumble is one of my favourites)

Pasties (short a). I grew up in northern Michigan and the miners made them popular. They are delicious but most people don't know what they are. Do a recipe search "hagis",very underated,undereaten!!!!

Ohhhhh, Fisherman's pie is so underrated. With so many people to fussy about food they don't know what they are missing.

Its gotta contain the following. Cod,Smoked haddock,Plaice & Atlantic Prawns, Topped with Buttery mash potato & Cheddar cheese.



People dont eat enough from the sea. It is beautifull and good for you, Kids are not educated on the importance of eating good healthy fresh ingreadients and prefer a daily intake of Junk, Which parents seem happy to allow.

followed by bread and butter pudding and custard

haggis, cullen skink, roast venison, scurly with mince and tatties, steamed puddings, stewed rhubarb, smoked haddock poached in milk an scrambled eggs made with a bit o the milk - mmmmmmmm, oh the list goes on! ps. the capt doesnt know a thing! obvs livin in a different britain to us My menu. (Not necessarily for this hot period)

Bangers 'n mash (Sausages and mashed potato with onion gravy)
Mince 'n tatties.
Bubble and squeak.
Home made steak pie.
A Scotch (Jock) Pie.
A home made sausage roll with a good pork minced meat filling.
Haggis in at least 10 different ways.
Roll mop herrings.
A good old fashioned mixed grill - Steak, lamb chop, sausage, black pudding, fruit pudding, tomato, mushrooms, kidney, a small piece of golden brown fried bread and home made chips (fries). If you are a glutton a fried egg can be an extra.

Eve's pudding.
Lemon snow.
Spotted Dick.
Jam Roly Poly.
Apple sponge.
