Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

I use cadbury's but you gotto put a little vegatable oil in it when you melt it in the microwave......yummmm!!
I'd use belgian chocolate - but dont forget to add the oil so it stays runny!

Add a little oil to your dairy milk (vegetable oil). About a teaspoon per 500g should be perfect. Make sure that you melt the chocolate slowly before adding it to the fountain.

I think maybe proper baking chocolate might be your best bet? I say this because whenever i melted chocolate in the past to cook with it, as it wasnt the proper baking chocolate, it went all lumpy. But read the instructions in the fountain box. They should give you some idea's. Yum.. enjoy the chocolate!

Use milk chocolate.....I have heard that this is the most popular chocolate flavor.
Dark chocolate. It is best with fruit
Go to www.lakeland.co.uk they do some specially for chocolate fountains and my preference is dark. Would do this for a special occasion if not suggest Galaxy that is a good substitute. Hope this helps.
Yes Cadburys is a good chocolate. Also you could use mini donuts, fudge, strawberries and marshmallow (on sticks) to dunk into the melted chocolate.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
If you go to woolworths they sell milk or dark especially made for the fountains.
i would have thought cooking chocolate would be better cadbury's goes a bit funny when you try to melt it to cook with it, you can still get cooking choc in milk choccie

Any chocolate is ok but you have to add vegetable oil to keep it flowing - yuk!
You should use milk chocolate because mostly everybody likes milk cohoclate instead of dark chocolate or white chocolate

We used Tesco milk chocolate, but do melt it with cooking oil first then pour into the fountain
