There are all sort of things you can do such as taking her to a romantic weekend get away, surprise birthday party, flowers, a night on the town. If money is an issue write her a promissory note stating that you will serve her breakfast in bed on the weekends, cook a nice meal one night, etc., just use your imagination and state that you will honor these things within a time frame roll it up like a scroll and wrap ribbon around it put in a box and wrap the box and get a nice birthday card. Create a photo album from the first time you have met to recent and express little sayings next to the photos. Keep in mind the best gifts are always from the heart and she will always treasure these gifts more because you have shown her that you have taken the time.

A scavenger hunt with YOU being the big prize at the end.
