Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(What details should I include on a Save the Date postcard?),it will help you,my kids.

I am hosting an event at a restaurant and will be sending out invitiations soon. But I want to send an e-mail telling people to save the date. Is there anything else I need to say besides what it is and the date?

Answers:
It would help if I had more information. if the save the date is for an engagement party you need to include:

Type of event which should also include type of dress (ie. formal)
Date and Time (ie. The morning of July 4)
Place (at least the town so your out-of-towners can make arrangements)
If it is for an egagement or wedding you should POLITELY specify whether or not to bring a gift.

I hope this helps..If you need more help feel free to email me at mbjwithouse@yahoo.com

Other Answers:
Who
What
Where
Why
When
How (to get there).

The couple.
The date.
And where... and if the hall isn't completely booked, at least the city for out of towners to make arrangements.

Everything else goes on the invitation. 1. Where
2. When
3. What time
4. Sample menu items
5. web address that has more info about the restaurant
6. phone number to RSVP
7. Is the postcard needed to be admitted for the special event?
If yes, then you must say, that this card must be presented for entrance to the event.
