hamburger stroganoff----take a bag off egg noodles and boil, cook 3lbs of hamburger till brown and rinse and drain, add drained cooked noodles and browned drained hamburger, 2cans of mushrooms (drained), 1 lg can of cream of mushroom soup, & salt and pepper or seasoned salt to taste.
Apricot glazed pork chops with rice and broccoli au gratin. i had crab meat tofu soup and oven baked pork chop marinated with cooking wine & soy sauce. both are easy and quick asian style meal.
All I made was an icky frozen pizza with some extra mozzarella. I'm in the middle of moving so I have packed most of my pans and such. I can't wait to cook for real again. Roast beef with baby red potatoes, young carrots and Vidalia onion gravy is the first thing I'm making at my new place. yummy.. how about you?
