I agree with both pita chips or tortilla chips. Each would give the dip a different flavor so why not both of them???
my favorite is melba toast but you could also get a french bread, slice it and bake it to make it a bit crispy.

torilla chips- Ruby Tuesdays and Eat 'n Park serves it this way
I enjoy baked pita chips with that dip... they are reasonably healthy to boot.

I'll have to go with the tortilla chips and pita chips too. I don't think a veggie would go good with the spinach and artichoke.
