Roasted Turkey legs or Roast Chicken
Roasted potatoes, carrots, celery
Big chunks of bread with butter
Grape juice/apple juice
Fruit and cheese
Think about King Henry 8th era, lots of beef joints, knuckles, chicken legs etc but definately no knives or forks, just spoons, they have to use their hands, oh yes and lots of mulled wine, or perhaps a very alcoholic red wine punch something like sangria, lots of fruit of course, whole fruit and grapes, get the message?
