It's a Picnic theme, but it's indoors at an office building without and appliances to use for cooking. I have to come up with something EASY to prepare and relatively inexpensive; my budget is limited. PLEASE HELP!

Answers:
Since this is for 220 people I'm presuming that your budget is at least 700 $ just for the food. Go to the local giant store and tell them you want to order for 200+ people and they will give you a deal for their deli items. Ask for rotisserie chicken salad and tell them to put celery in it also the Amish macaroni salad and assorted rolls. And then you can choose between baked beans, egg salad , flavored yogurt, fritatas ,hamburger mac and cheese, gazpacho, a make your own sandwich station and boiled corn on the cob. You can make this all yourself but I have no idea how you can manage all the pots and pans. All the best.
