Answers:
Vodka, vermuthand olives, shaken. I like dirty martinis made with a little olive juice.
Other Answers:
martine on the rocks shaken not stirred

mr bond himself
Graham Greene was an old faker. A storyteller. Ask a barman.
I guess you're talking James Bond aren't you, guessing by your name!
James Bond doesn't have a Martini Cocktail - listen to his drink order in your head - what does he always say:
"Vodka Martini, shaken not stirred."
So your answer is only these two ingredients. Yes it can be served either way because otherwise he would not be requesting it to be not stirred, like a lot of other customers would have it.
James Bond drinks Vodka martinis that are shaken. I don't think you can go wrong with that.
dunno about the cocktail but it should definitely shaken, not stirred.

The martini is a cocktail made with gin and dry white vermouth. Another common but controversial variation is the vodka martini, which is prepared in exactly the same way as a standard martini, with vodka being substituted for gin as the base spirit. In the 1990s, the vodka martini supplanted the traditional gin-based martini in popularity. Today, when bar and restaurant customers order "a martini," they frequently have in mind a drink made with vodka. Martini purists decry this development: while few object to the drink itself, they strenuously object to it being called "a martini." The martini, they insist, is a gin-based cocktail; this variation should be designated as such, with the name "vodka martini" (it may also be called a "vodkatini" or a "kangaroo"). and should be shaken but not stirred (apparently)
martini is a cocktail made with gin and dry white vermouth. and i think you should shake and stir it at the same time
I make mine by pouring in a nice Vodka (love that Grey Goose) into the glass with ice in it, then looking at the glass I whisper very softly "vermouth". No shaking required. I like two olives. It's the olives that get you drunk, you know.
1oz gin 1oz vermouth shake it up 1 olive martini glass

thats a true martini
seven parts gin, one part vermouth, stirred. anything else is too sweet. still a lot of people will tell you it should be three parts gin and one part vermouth. to me, that's for sissies... ;-) what you usually get now are vodkatinis, not half as nice imho...
Just for future reference, a friend of mine discovered that if you ask for 'dry martini' in Germany, you get three martinis!
i like a bombay saphire gin martini. 3 oz. gin, 1/4 oz. dry vermouth,SHAKEN, and like 6 olives ( the big, meaty ones! ) dinner and drinks!
Martini is stirred! Never shaken!!!!!!
