Pick a word that isn't to common but common enough. While watching the show every time the word is mentioned for example "baby" the first person to notice it doesn't drink and everyone else drinks. Or you can play it that the last person to notice it is the only one who drinks if you don't have alot of alcohol on hand. By the end of the night everyone is so drunk there hearing it before it's even said plus it works with all shows and you can change words if you want.

just get some shot glasses. drinking games are stupid. strip poker is sooooo much better if you are looking for something GOOD to do. :) i know from experiance
