Lay the trout on tin foil (olive oil first!). Julianne red, green and yellow peppers and green onions. Put on the trout and drizzle with more olive oil. I cheat and use Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning (but it is SO good). Then, wrap up the trout and put it on the BBQ. Should only take about 5 minutes per side. Then you have your trout, plus steamed veggies to go with! YUMMY!

Place the trout or fillets onto a large enough piece of foil to wrap in. Brush the foil with some virgin olive oil and brush the fish with some oil too. Season it with some salt and black pepper.

Finely chop the herbs with the garlic to make a herb/garlic pesto and sprinkle over the trout to cover completely. Or, if using whole trout, stuff into the cavity. Lay a few thin slices of lemon over the top and wrap the foil tightly. Place in a baking dish and bake in the oven until done...this depends on the size of the fish so I don't know how long....it could take around 20 minutes or so on average. When cooked, remove from the foil, remove the lemon slices and drizzle some more olive oil over the top if you wish and serve with wedges of lemon.

clean the fish real good,,, put a spoon full of butter in the inner parts of the fish,,,, u may want to rub the fish down w/ alil butter and sprinkle alil garlic powder or what ever spice u prefer,,,, then ,,,with foil,,, make a pouch and place the fish inside making sure that the foil is tightly compressed against the fish ,,,,, oven for about 45 min, to an hour,,,,, you will know the fish is done when the skin of the fish sticks to the foil.... yum yum....
