here in virginia you can get a work permit at 14. check your local rules on work permits. a 14 year old with a work permit can be hired just like a regular adult, but there are limits on the amount of hours they can work and how late

I'm going to be 14 later this month and i have learned that it depends on where u live. during the summer u could find a farm to work on or if thats not for u, u could mow lawns for neighbors. in the fall i ref soccer games or work as an umpire for younger kids baseball games, it pays a lot per game sometimes $20 a game. in the winter u should talk ur parents into paying u for doing chores around the house cuz there really isnt much to do as a job during the winter. as for spring i really dont kno. i hope this helps.
What about baby sitting?
Try lawn mowing, car washing, window washing, lemonade stand. Why does he want a job? Most 13/14 year olds are satisfied with playing video games and watching T.V. in their spare time, not working.
